- For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 per order will be applied.
4. Free Express Shipping Express Shipping:
- Enjoy free express shipping on all orders over $300, excluding furniture items, across Australia. Please note that furniture items are subject to separate shipping calculations. Items made to order or pre-order are not available for express shipping.
- For orders below $300 we offer express shipping for all non-furniture items at a rate of $15 per order. Items made to order or pre-order are not available for express shipping.
5. Furniture Shipping:
- Shipping costs for furniture items will be calculated at the time of placing your order. Our team will ensure you receive the most accurate shipping quote.
6. Worldwide Shipping:
- We provide Worldwide shipping services to bring our products right to your doorstep, no matter where you are. International shipping costs from Australia at a rate of $25 per order, excluding furniture and lighting items.
7. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and delivery of your shipment.
8. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery, while express shipping usually arrives within 2-3 business days. Furniture items may have longer delivery times based on your location and production times.
