At Emporean, we want to ensure you receive your order swiftly and conveniently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping & delivery policy.

Same or Next Day Dispatch

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11am (local EST time) on business days will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 11am they will be dispatched the following business day.

Australia Wide Delivery Times & Costs

Standard Delivery
  • Enjoy free tracked standard shipping on all orders over $100, excluding furniture items, across Australia.
  • For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 per order will be applied. Please note that furniture items are subject to separate shipping calculations. 
  • For standard delivery times:
    Metro areas: 3 - 5 business days
    Regional & Rural areas: 5 - 10 business days
Express Delivery
  • Enjoy free tracked express shipping on all orders over $300, excluding furniture items, across Australia. Please note that furniture items are subject to separate shipping calculations. Items made to order or pre-order are not available for express shipping. 
  • For orders below $300 we offer tracked express shipping for all non-furniture items at a rate of $15 per order.  Items made to order or pre-order are not available for express shipping.
  • For express delivery times:
    Metro: 1 - 3 business days
  • Regional/Rural: 2 - 5 business days

International Shipping

We provide international shipping services to bring our products right to your doorstep, no matter where you are. International shipping costs from Australia are $25 for orders less than $1000, and free for orders over $1000 (excluding furniture and lighting items).

Pre-Order & Made to Order

For Pre-Order & Made to Order items the expected shipping times are displayed on the product page. When your item is close to being shipped to you we will notify you of the expected delivery date. Free shipping is offered on all Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items over $100 (excluding furniture items, across Australia).

Order Information

We use tracked Australia Post services on all orders. To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we request the following customer information on all orders; Customer Name, Shipping Address, Contact Email, Contact Phone Number.

This information is essential for efficient order processing and to keep you informed about your shipment's progress. Rest assured that we prioritise your privacy and adhere to strict data protection measures in handling your details.

Furniture Delivery

Shipping costs for furniture items will be calculated at the time of placing your order. Our team will ensure you receive the most accurate shipping quote.
